EIDEX has been awarded the ‘Bayern barrierefrei‘ (Barrier-free Bavaria) symbol by the Bavarian State Ministry of Employment and Social Order, Family and Integration. Our building has been designed to be fully free of barriers, with extra-wide visitor parking spaces, a barrier-free entrance area, a large lift and generously proportioned disabled toilet facilities, to ensure that anyone at EIDEX with a physical disability feels well looked after at all times. We have also made extensive purchases to ensure that employees with hearing disabilities can enjoy a barrier-free work experience, with an optical fire alarm as well as pager and telephone information services. The workplaces at EIDEX are themselves designed for barrier-free working.
The Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) is an initiative of the Foreign Trade Association (FTA), which brings together trade and manufacturing companies.
BSCIs’ goal is the worldwide improvement of working conditions. We BSCI members are committed to apply the BSCI Code of Conduct in our supply chain. At least every two years all suppliers are controlled by independent testing organizations.
An essential function of our Code of Conduct is to make employees aware of applicable laws and company policies. The Code of Conduct summarizes laws and other rules that are of particular relevance to us. As a binding guideline for legally compliant and ethically responsible conduct in our company, the Code of Conduct also defines the standard for responsible behaviour towards business partners and the public, as well as in dealing with each other within the company.
GWW is the most important nationwide representative of this industry sector. The association’s mission is to represent the profession-specific interests of its members and the advertising material industry on a national and international level, as well as to improve the industry’s economic environment.
The members of the GWW have also committed themselves to adhering to a code of honour. This covers topics such as equal opportunities for work, non-discrimination, business integrity, competition law / model protection, anti-corruption and compliance, prevention of hazardous substances, social legislation, environmental protection, data protection and quality standards.
It is important to us to give young people a chance and to help them entering the work life. That’s why we strive to provide at least one apprenticeship every year. While they receive detailed insights into every EIDEX department during their training, our trainees are offered a wide range of services that provide professional know-how. Personal support and school support are very important to us so you can successfully master your apprenticeship.

EIDEX stands for transparency and clear structures in the sense of high customer satisfaction and regularly tests its qualification, professionalism and sustainability.

IFS: Standard for the auditing of companies that process food.

Alliance for Children against Violence
Since its inception, EIDEX has supported the Foundation “Alliance for Children against Violence”, which draws attention to violence against children and adolescents at home. Funding is provided through donations and in collaboration with other foundations, companies and other non-profit organizations.
The world is already gray enough. With our commitment we try to make it appear colourful for children again. We regularly deliver donations to the “mirno more – peace fleet”. This is a facility for children and youth committed to peace and to international equality.
We contribute to environmental protection. We have made energy efficiency an issue, whether in the office or in the warehouse: A large-scale photovoltaic system provides the power supply. A ground-based heat pump heats during the winter which also cools down the office and warehouse during the summer environmentally friendly. With this system, the entire building (office as well as storage areas) does not require any fossil fuels because it is also optimally insulated. Energy consumption in the EIDEX Passive House is below the legal requirements and more energy is generated in a CO2-neutral manner than is consumed in the building.
