This is supported by the additional thermal insulation of the facade. In this way, the building manages completely without fossil fuels. The EIDEX passive house even generates more CO2-neutral energy than we consume; the surplus is fed into the public grid. This means that the energy demand is below the legal requirements.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\"><button class=\"toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>Social engagement<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n\n<p>EIDEX pursues a variety of approaches to social engagement. For example, the two social projects &#8220;B\u00fcndnis f\u00fcr Kinder gegen Gewalt&#8221; (Alliance for Children against Violence) and &#8220;Gutes Isarland e. For deaf employees, extensive purchases were made for barrier-free working: A visual fire alarm system, pagers and telephone information services.
