Atmospheric WerbeWiesn 2025 impresses

It was a trade fair day full of inspiration, exchange, and Bavarian networking flair. On September 18, the Zenithhalle in Munich was transformed into an atmospheric Oktoberfest tent: The 19th WerbeWiesn, one of the most important trade fairs for advertising materials in southern Germany, opened its doors and once again impressed exhibitors and visitors alike. Around 115 exhibiting companies presented their latest products and ideas on over 5,000 square meters of exhibition space. A total of 853 trade visitors from marketing, purchasing, and agencies took the opportunity to find out about the latest trends in haptic advertising.

Wide range of products
The range of products on offer was wide: textiles, food and confectionery, electronics, outdoor items, household and lifestyle products, calendars, print products, and numerous innovative promotional items. (…)

Oktoberfest flair and special highlights
A charming alpine hut, Bavarian delicacies “to go,” and the festively decorated Christkindl area with a five-meter-high Christmas tree created a genuine Oktoberfest atmosphere. A popular highlight of the day—and a must for this festival tent atmosphere—was the traditional tapping of the beer barrel. Thomas Gottschall, managing director of EIDEX GmbH, needed only two strokes to tap the first keg and get the barley juice flowing. “A perfect start to a successful trade fair day,” said the organizing team.

Positive response and a look to the future
Once again, WerbeWiesn 2025 impressed with its perfect organization, open atmosphere, and lively exchange. (…) “WerbeWiesn is the industry meeting place in southern Germany. The harmonious atmosphere and the high quality of the exhibitors make it unique,” concluded the organizers. After this further successful event, which once again appropriately highlighted the advertising form of “hapticals” to the advertising industry, the organizers are already looking ahead to the upcoming trade fairs:

  • WerbeWelt on March 25, 2026 – with a focus on sustainability, fair trade, and regional production (…).
  • 20th WerbeWiesn on September 17, 2026 – once again at the Zenithhalle Munich.

Presentation of the “Best of Bestsellers Awards 2025”
The highlight of the evening before the 19th WerbeWiesn was the presentation of the coveted “Best of Bestsellers Awards.” At the beginning of July, a team of marketing and purchasing experts from leading companies had the difficult task of choosing the winners during the jury afternoon at the EIDEX GmbH premises in Baierbrunn. The WerbeWiesn exhibitors had submitted 80 products for the three categories – promotional items (up to €5), medium range (€5–20) and VIP gifts (from €20). The awards went to products that scored highly in terms of outstanding sales figures, innovative ideas or particularly sustainable production. (…). The top places went to: Kaldenbach: Camarc BIGFLIP (giveaways), Halfar: Shopper Mono (medium range), EYS: Corporate Sneaker (VIP gifts). “The Best of Bestsellers Awards are not only a tribute to the manufacturers, but also a valuable guide for anyone looking for successful promotional product ideas,” said the jury. www.werbewiesn.de
