EIDEX is now even more sustainable!
Every day, as an environmentally certified company, we focus on selling sustainable advertising materials to our customers from a wide range of industries. A REAL sustainable structure is also a must for EIDEX internally.
That is why we are upgrading: The existing 800sqm PV system on the roof of the EIDEX company building already supplies over 20 households in Baierbrunn with green electricity. An additional 50 m² of carport roof space has now been fitted with PV modules. The new, high-quality elements come from REC – a satisfied EIDEX full-service customer for many years, www.recgroup.com/de.
Since February 2025, EIDEX has been producing almost half of the electricity for the headquarters in Baierbrunn, including warehouse 1, during the main working hours of the day when the sun is shining, via the new solar system on the carport. In addition, the 4 company e-vehicles can be charged with self-generated electricity at newly installed wallboxes on the company premises.
Since the solar modules were installed at the beginning of March, we have already produced more than 1,000 kWh and thus avoided almost 400 kg of CO2.
